the only advantage is being close to the central train station of Dusseldorf.

The Hotel is approximately a 3 to 5 minute walk from the Central Station. It is very close to Aldstadt (Old Town), either a 10 minute walk or a 5 minute tram ride. Hotel staff understood English and were friendly and willing to help out.

The internet was not free. However, even if you paid for internet, the connection was slow and often times timed out. It was 5eur for 30 minutes, 10eur for 120min and 14eur for 24 hours.

Right, we stayed here for two nights and 'ave to say, the tram right outside was a right result for getting about! Loved the free transport ticket, proper handy that. But the room felt a bit cramped, could've done with a bit more room to stretch me legs!

The hotel was placed in the central location convenient to the main train station. There were an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a writing desk in my king room, enjoyed it.

Well, the area was dull overall.

Cleanliness, walking distance to city centre (15min.), helpful staff, free tickets for the Dusseldorf public transport, cheap and safe parking facilities. All in all, it was good value for money.

The hotel provided a free public transport pass, making city exploration easy and hassle-free.

Unfortunately, the room I was given was at the end of the corridor and felt very cold.

A good surprise in Düsseldorf

The friendly barista surprised us with creative cocktails.

The room was noticeably small and lacked a fridge, which would have enhanced our comfort. The breakfast pricing felt steep, so we opted to dine out instead.

Booked standard room, that included a flat-screen television, a study table and a radio. Great service, though a few employees were poorly trained...

The shower facilities in the room included an extra heating lamp, which was like a small luxury during cold mornings. It's also a convenient perk to have a free public transport pass that encourages city exploration without worrying about fares.

The room felt cramped, leaving little space to move around comfortably. It lacked a fridge and other basic amenities like a kettle, surprising for a four-star rated hotel. The trade-off was also a noisy night, as train sounds crept in through insufficient soundproofing, which bothered my sleep more than I'd like to admit.
